Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are welcome to inspect their order with the delivery representative upon receipt to verify the product's quality and specifications before completing payment.

Returns Due to Our Error

If you receive a damaged item or a product that does not match your order, Final Detail will cover all return and shipping costs.

Returns for Personal Reasons

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or because you prefer a different design, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
